Obituary of Gary James Stohl

Gary passed away peacefully with family by his side on Monday, April 4, 2022 in Regina, SK at the age of 65 years. He was married to Mae, his best friend, the love of his life going on 44 wonderful years. Gary’s daughters and grandchildren brought him an abundance of joy throughout his life. He was a gentle giant who fiercely loved. In Gary's working life he was proud to have been a Naval Reservist at HMCS Unicorn, a long serving Hobart technician and in his retirement, Gary enjoyed driving the country school bus. He was a jack of all trades who was always just a phone call away. He was predeceased by his parents Ormie and Ellen Stohl.  Left to cherish his memory are his wife Mae; daughter Lainey Stohl (Troy, Alex); daughter Becky Stohl (Blake, Ariel); his brother Dan Stohl (Anne-Marie); and a great many other close family members and friends. A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date. Thank you to the Pasqua Hospital Staff in Regina, SK for their care and support during his short illness.
