Obituary of Wilfred Walter Lubenow

It is with heavy hearts we announce Wilfred passed away peacefully in his sleep with family at his side due to a stroke on Friday, February 25, 2022 at the age of 64 years. He was predeceased by his parents Walter Sr. and Emma (Englot) Lubenow; brother Ralph in infancy; sisters Violet, Emily, Joyce and Marjorie; Marie, her son Paul Ntake; and Wilfred’s stepson John. Wilfred is survived by his sons William and Joseph, their mom Florence; brother Walter Jr. (Denise); as well as many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Wilfred will be remembered for contagious laughter, funny stories and helping those in need. The family wishes to express their deep gratitude to the staff at the General Hospital ICU. A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at the Regina Senior Citizens Centre, 2404 Elphinstone Street, Regina, SK.
