Obituary of Sam Royan

On Saturday, January 22, 2022, Sam Royan passed away peacefully with family by his side at the Regina General Hospital.

Sam is leaving behind Edith, his loving wife of over 48 years; children Bart (Jenn), Kathy (Neil), Angie (Doug), Mary Lou (Don); and grandkids Autumn, Savannah, Jamie, Tyler, Stephanie, Jessie and Ali.

Sam’s greatest passion was his family and enjoyed nothing more than having his grandkids visit. He was a welder by trade, but his passion was farming. In Sam’s spare time, he enjoyed hunting, ice fishing, and watching CFL Football,

Sam will be missed greatly by all who knew him, but will not be forgotten. As per his final wishes, there will not be a funeral service. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Lung Association.
