A humble, generous, ever smiling colleague. Always displayed the highest level of professionalism at work. A lateral thinker who contributed so much to his field. And always willing to volunteer and help colleagues and friends. Left us too early, will be missed but not forgotten.

John Manalo was a coworker working in my team at the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health for the past several years. He was very charming, multi-talented with attention to detail individual. He was known for his skills include creative crafts design, decorations, general knowledge, data management and graphics. He was a valuable member of the team to support pandemic COVID-19 outbreak. Enduring the pain of losing someone close is unbearable, and indeed a great loss for the family. May god give him eternal rest, and the family the strength to bear the great pain.
John was a unique, generous, fun-loving and creative soul. We are grateful to have had the honour of knowing him.

John was a close colleague of mine at the Ministry of Health. He and I worked together on many epidemiological reports. John's attention to detail was a balance to my 'blue sky' approach. He was much loved and respected for his acceptance of all personalities that he worked with. His technical and graphic skills were unmatched. John kept our spirits joyful under pressure.
