Obituary of Kristin Lee Grant

It is with devastating sadness the family of Kristin “Krissy” Grant inform of her unexpected passing on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. Krissy left us much too soon at the age of 36. She was predeceased by her mother Barbara Grant and father Joseph Grant. Krissy will be remembered, loved and forever missed by her grandma Regina Meder; brother Dustin (Chelsey) Grant; uncle Dale Czernick; aunt Ann (Darcy) Nafe; cousin Ashlee (Patrick) Lara and their daughters Jordana and Mekenna; cousin Jarrett Czernick and his daughters Kyla, Kasey and Rilee; and other extended family.  She will also be greatly missed by her friends Tyler Szakacs, William Penney, Geraldine Varjassy and so many others. 

Krissy was born in Regina, SK and attended W.S. Hawrylak Elementary School and F.W. Johnson Collegiate High School. She was a genuinely kind, spontaneous, friendly and funny person. Krissy had an uplifting aura and could make friends with anybody, anywhere. She absolutely loved animals and would never even so much as harm a fly. Krissy enjoyed art, drawing, reading, music, video games and anything with glitter or abstract beauty to it. Krissy really loved all the simple things in life. She had a sparkle in her eye and a smile that will never ever be forgotten. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Paragon Funeral Services, 521 Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK.   In lieu of flowers, Krissy would have chosen the Regina Humane Society for any donations in her memory.
