Obituary of Lois Betty Westby

Lois Betty Westby (nee Olson) was born in Saskatoon, SK. She grew up on a farm east of Dundurn, SK alongside her parents (Florence and Reier Olson) and siblings (Joan, Joyce, Allan, Betty and Wesley). Growing up, Lois attended the Dundurn Gospel Church, sparking the early flames of what would be a burgeoning, lifelong faith in her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. She was married to Morris for nearly 25 years from 1971 and was the loving mother to Kirk (Gwen) and Christopher (Sherri). She was an affectionate wife to Douglas and proud grandmother to Ezekiel, Eden and Esther, as well as Mason and Levi, and of Doug’s daughter Stephanie (Alex). Lois joins her parents; siblings Joyce and Allan; children’s father Morris; and daughter-in-law Jayda, in her Heavenly home. She is survived by her husband Douglas; her children and grandchildren; her siblings Joan, Betty (Robert) and Wesley; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  A private Celebration of her Life will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
