Obituary of Victor Jacob Wall

Please share a memory of Victor to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with great sadness that the family of Victor Wall announce his peaceful passing on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Vic is survived by his son, Stacy (Marilyn); daughter, Debra; grandson, Jordan; sister, Leona; brother, Ralph (Elaine); sisters-in-law, Ardis and Donna; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other extended family. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Iris; daughter, Jody; parents, Peter and Sarah; brothers, Dave, Al, John, and Les; and sisters-in-law, Betty, Jo-Anne, and Gay.

Vic grew up in Swift Current before moving to the Regina area for the majority of his life. He worked at a variety of occupations because he enjoyed meeting new people and having new experiences. Some of these trades included working for CP Rail, selling life insurance, highway construction, and security.

Vic loved many sports and played semi-pro baseball as a pitcher for the Regina Red Sox. He was a Saskatchewan Roughriders season’s ticket holder for decades. In recent years, he loved spending the summers outdoors, enjoying nature and greeting the neighbours. Winters were spent reading westerns. His buddy was his dog, Banjo, who misses him, and the treats he always snuck. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Rosewood Park Church, 1300 N. Courtney St., Regina, SK.

His buddy was his dog, Banjo, who misses him, and the treats Vic snuck to him. Although he will be missed, we rejoice that he is now with the Lord.
