Obituary of Anne Marie Christina Pasloske

With sadness, the family of Anne announces her death, from complications of dementia, at age 90 on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Parkside Extendicare. Many thanks to the Parkside staff for their care. Predeceased by her husband Rudy; daughter Rosalie; parents; and sisters and brothers. Anne is survived by her sons Don and Al L’Heureux; granddaughter Desiree L’Heureux; sisters Elaine Essien, Eleanor (Duane) Vesey, Coralee (Gary) Found and nieces and nephews.

Anne was born prematurely on February 2, 1931 on the family farm near Bateman, SK. Her incubator was a shoebox by the coal and wood stove. The doctor told her parents she wouldn’t survive, but she was strong and stubborn. Anne was vibrant and caring. She worked hard and played hard until dementia took its toll. Family was very important to her. She will be missed.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Serb Club.
