I have so many fond memories of my cousin, Ernie. He was always a generous, kind person, who loved to be with family at the many gatherings of the Harach clan over the years. He will be missed by all that knew him. Ernie and his talented wife, Jean will be in my thoughts and prayers as you gather on Friday, October 1, to honour these two wonderful people.
I'm so sorry to learn of your loss. Ernie was my supervisor at Agriculture Canada (Ottawa) when he worked there under the Executive Exchange program between the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool and the federal government. Ernie was a joy to work with. Many in the office, having noted his gift of tact, sought him out for his counsel. They sensed that he provided a safe place to bring their concerns.
