Obituary of Sandra Joy Wiggins

Sandra passed away at the age of 67, in Regina, SK on Saturday, July 3, 2021. She was the first child of her predeceased parents, Ernie and Laura Dexter; and predeceased by brother-in-law Peter Bond. Sandra is survived by her two children, Delbert Wiggins (Rita) and Cynthia Wiggins-Pryor; three grandchildren; her sisters Donna Brown (Ken), Dorreen Bond, Cindy Fedak and Cathy Niall (Marc); brother Gordon Dexter, as well as many nieces and nephews. Sandra was born in Weyburn, SK then lived in Estevan, SK for a few years. After that the whole family moved out to British Columbia, and she eventually ended back in Regina for her last years. The family would like to thank Wascana Rehabilitation Centre for the wonderful care she received there over the last 10 years of her life.
