Obituary of June Catherine Senft

June passed away peacefully on Friday, March 26, 2021 at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina, SK.  She was predeceased by her parents Peter and Mary Eipert; sister Mayfield and brother Dennis.   June is survived by her husband David; children Rhonda and Darcy; grandchildren Cody and Ethan Butterfield and Kayleigh Senft.    She is also survived by her sisters Hilda, Josephine and Maryann.

Born on a farm at Killaly, Saskatchewan, June loved animals and gardening.   As one of the older children, she developed her cooking skills and love for others by helping her mother care for the growing family.  Married to her husband David in 1959, they celebrated their 61^st wedding anniversary in September of 2020.  As her love for people grew beyond the family circle, it came to include her readiness as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses to draw attention to the promises that Jehovah, the God of the Bible makes.  This includes the resurrection hope of those sleeping in death who will soon come back to a restored Earth.
