Obituary of John Andrew Horvath

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of John Horvath on Monday, March 29, 2021 at the age of 91 years. John was predeceased by his parents Joe and Mary Horvath; and brothers Joe, Jim and Frankie. He will be lovingly remembered by his friend and dance partner, Darlene; sons Ron (Shelley), Garry (Brenda) and Ernie; nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and sisters Wilma Hugie, Mary Benko and Marjorie Fischer; John was born at home on the farm in May of 1929.  He found great satisfaction in working the land, farming for much of his life. He enjoyed dancing, music, curling and meeting with friends on coffee row.  John was laid to rest in the Quinton Catholic Cemetery. A private family graveside service was held.
