Obituary of Joan Evelyn Armstrong

Joan passed away one day after celebrating her 89th birthday from complications due to COVID-19.  She leaves to mourn and celebrate her life, her three sons,  Scott, Brad (Bernie), and Mark (Suzanne); grandchildren Erin Pippin, Adam (Lesley) with great granddaughter Marcy Pippin; brother Bill (Shirley) Newis; and her very good friend of 38 years, Elaine Burnett.  Joan spent the last two years very happily living at Memory Lane Assisted Living for Seniors.  The family would like to thank Eden Care Memory Lane for taking exceptional care of Joan.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no service.  A Celebration and Interment will take place at a later date.  Online messages of condolence may be left at www.paragonfuneralservices.com
