Obituary of Johnnie Murray Martin

It is with deep sadness we announce the unexpected loss of our father, brother, son, uncle, great uncle and friend.  Johnnie passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 at the age of 55. He was predeceased by his father John Martin and all of his grandparents. Left to cherish his memory are his sons Matthew and Jonathon; mother Irene; sister Hollie (Scott); nephews Rorey and Taylor; great-nephews Kane and Orion; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Johnnie loved his family and always looked forward to family gatherings with big meals and desserts and just catching up on things with everyone. Johnnie adored his two 4-legged companions Max and Chewy.  He was a sports buff and if you had a question about sports, he could answer it. Johnnie was a huge Saskatchewan Roughriders fan and Sundays were dedicated to watching NFL Football, especially when his San Francisco 49ers were playing.  He was also passionate about his Edmonton Oilers and Ottawa Senators. As much as Johnnie enjoyed his sports, he loved his music and attending concerts with close friends. Due to Covid-19 restrictions a Graveside Service will be held at later date.
