Obituary of Marion "Eileen" Behl

Eileen Behl, age 92, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 11, 2020 and is now safe in the arms of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.   Eileen was predeceased by her dearly loved husband, George whom she is now reunited with; parents Mark and Florence Baumber; brother Vern; grandson Mark; son-in-law Ralph and brothers and sisters-in-law. She is survived by her children Linda, Murray (Shelley), Sheila (Doug) and Mark; grandchildren Neil, Scott (Sandra), Heather (Victor), Julie (Mark), Brad (Jessica), Adam (Jenny) and Craig (Lauren); great-grandchildren Alana, Rachelle, Carla, Colby, McKenzie, June, Nicholas, Myles, Kaleb, Oliver, Abigail, Sloane and Cruz. Eileen is also survived by her sister Doris; brothers and sisters-in-law; as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Mom loved music and she will now sing in God’s heavenly choir. She was very active in her church participating in LWML, teaching Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. Family meant everything to Mom, and she holds a special place in each of our hearts. We will remember the lessons she taught us and the love she shared with us, her extended family and many life-long friends.

A Celebration of Mom’s Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 16, 2020 in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3525 Hillsdale Street, Regina.  There will be a live video stream of the service at:  facebook.com/goodshepherdregina for those unable to attend. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park.
