Obituary of Robert Ochoski

It is with great sadness that Bob’s family announce his passing, following a short but courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, September 11, 2020.

Bob will be lovingly remembered by his brother Ken (Debra); nephew Dylan (Kelsey); niece Kayla (Kyle) and his very special great nephew Kane. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Sarah and numerous extended families. He will be fondly remembered by many extended relatives and dear friends.

Bob was born and raised in Carrot River and continued to work in Northern Saskatchewan for 28 years with the Saskatchewan Department of Tourism and Renewable Resources. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed numerous big game hunting expeditions and northern fishing trips with family and friends.

The family would like to thank the Doctors Jaggi and Murphy at Saskatoon St. Paul’s Hospital and the Regina Pasqua Hospital; the Nursing Staff on Ward 4B, the Carrot River Health Centre, Peggy Buyaki R.N. and team for their care following surgery.

At Bob’s request, no funeral service will be held.

 

Brother – You’ve had a long hard road to walk…we hope you enjoy the run.
