Obituary of Feliciano Ochoa

Feliciano Ochoa was born on February 8, 1947 in El Salvador. Feliciano passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020 at William Booth Special Care Home, Regina, SK at the age of 73, after a year-long battle with cancer.

Feliciano was raised in El Salvador and as a child was taught the value of hard work, as his loving parents tried to provide a better life for their children. He was a man with little education but was able to achieve the many goals he set, including becoming a successful entrepreneur at a young age. In 1984 he arrived in Canada with his family after escaping the war. He then began to help his siblings so everyone could be safe and in Canada together. His love for his entire family and care for his mother was to be admired. Feliciano taught us to be generous and believe in giving to others before anything else.

Feliciano was predeceased by his father Adan Ochoa. He is survived by his loving mother Clara Virjinia Ochoa; wife in El Salvador Lorena Tobar de Ochoa; his children Estela Ochoa, Jose Feliciano Ochoa, Henry Ochoa (Tanya), Claudia Ochoa, Feliciano Jr Ochoa, Andrea Ochoa, and Alexander Antonio Ochoa; his siblings Donatila Torres (Jose Adelso), Juan Ochoa (Gloria), Salvador Ochoa (Matilde), Jose (Chepe) Ochoa (Andrea), Patricia Ochoa and Castula Ayala (Chris); his 11 grandchildren who he dearly loved and numerous nephews, nieces, first and second cousins.

The family would like to express their appreciation and gratitude to William Booth Special Care Home for the care and support they have shown Feliciano and entire family.

Services was provided in White City for the Family and Feliciano was placed to rest in Wynyard, SK alongside his father on Thursday, August 20, 2020.
