My deepest condolences to the family of Merv, one of the first and finest neighbours I met three years ago. I will miss his stories, his laugh, and of course a shot or a cold one with him. I will especially miss having Merv around to keep my garage free of recyclables. The last time we spoke, just a few short weeks ago, he was thrilled to announce his "really good" health diagnosis and an upcoming trip to Alberta with his son. God bless his beautiful soul.
