I was so sorry to hear of Mona's passing. She was my teacher for Grade 1...a special lady indeed.
I was very happy to see her a few times when visiting my mom at Golden Prairie Home. I know these past few years have been challenging and my heart was heavy as we watched her as well as my mom lose their real fun-loving personalities; dementia is a beast!
