Obituary of Gertrude Amendt

Trudy Amendt, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt went to be with her husband, Herbert, January 21, 2020. Trudy was predeceased by her husband, Herbert; her parents, Martha Larsen & Reichelt Richter; her children Daniel in infancy and daughter Gloria; her great-granddaughter Lily in infancy; her brothers and sister, Herbert (Lucy) Richter, Arthur (Barbara) Richter and Erna Akister. Trudy leaves to mourn her children Kenneth (Wileen) Amendt and Donna (Michael) Evans; grandchildren Kimberly Lewis, Corwyn (Eva) Amendt, Shannon (Stephen) Sirois, Bryan Evans, and Jillian (Jessee) Millar, as well as eight great-grandchildren. A special thanks to Sunset Extendicare for their compassionate care & assistance. Those wishing to express their sympathy may donate to the charity of their choice or to Christ Lutheran Church, 4825 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 1B7. The family will be holding a memorial service in the spring of 2020.
