Obituary of Ferdinand Senft

Ferdinand “Fernie” Raymond Senft 1936 – 2016 Fernie went to meet God on Friday, February 5, 2016. He passed away peacefully with his family at his side. He was predeceased by his parents John and Mary Senft; siblings Elma, Wilhelmena, Helen, Delphine and Eugene. Fernie will always be remembered by his wife Mary (nee Benko) of 56 years and his son Robert (Margaret); brothers John, Del, Earl, Victor; sisters Marie, Hilda and Caroline and numerous nieces, nephews and many good friends. Fernie enjoyed barbering at the “Canadiana” for 18 years. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at St. Cecelia R.C. Parish, 5020 – 7th Ave., Regina, SK with Fr. John Weckend as Celebrant. Private interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Fernie may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
