BURLOCK, Ruby Margaret

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Ruby Margaret Burlock, age 82, announce her passing on November 19, 2018 with her children by her side. Ruby was born on July 7, 1936 to Julius and Theresa Proseilo, the youngest of 5 children and the only daughter.  Ruby married William “Bill” Richard Burlock and they were blessed with 3 wonderful children. Ruby was predeceased by her parents, Julius & Theresa Proseilo; her brothers, Victor, Harold and Carl (infancy). She is survived by her three children, Brian (Amanda) Burlock – Rory; Caron (Roy) Dueck -Lynette and Megan (Basit); Darrin (Patti) Burlock - Caleb, Cailin and Ceira; her brothers, Walter (Betty) and Rueben (Irene) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Throughout her life, Ruby maintained her love for her Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ and demonstrated His love to everyone she met. She lived her life by the standards of John 13:35, “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” A Celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Regina Apostolic Church, 808 Assiniboine Avenue East, Regina, SK with Pastor Jim Bobst officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. For those wishing, donations made in memory of Ruby Burlock to the Next Gen Project - Regina Apostolic Church would be appreciated by the family.
