CHAPMAN, Joyce Coreen

Joyce Coreen Chapman (McNeill) passed away peacefully on Monday, November 12, 2018 with her son David and daughter Susan by her side. She was predeceased by her parents Lola and George McNeill; brothers Don and Bill; infant son Craig Chapman; infant grandson Shael Austring; daughter Karen Wood and niece Donna McNeill. She is survived by her sons Brent and David Chapman; daughter Susan (Paul) Austring; son-in-law Brian Wood; grandsons Colter Wood (Chelsea Petterson) and Casey Wood (Zoe Gelech); grandaughters Micah (Jordan) Lynnes and Raya (Tyler) Harder.  Joyce was thrilled with her three (soon to be 4) great-grandchildren Edie Wood, baby Wood due March 2019 and Indy and Ellis Lynnes. She maintained a special relationship with her nieces Debbie, Lori, Toni and nephew Mike. Special thanks to Gary Panko her long time friend and hairdresser for keeping moms signature “silver fox” hair beautiful faithfully every week for over 50 years as well as Dr. Suzanne Arndt for moms personal care for over 30 years. Most recently, thanks to Dr. Wildenbauer, Teresa and the staff of the Pasqua Hospital Accountable Care Unit and the staff at Sunset Extendicare for their caring and kindness. A Celebration will be held from 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Westhill Park Baptist Church Hall, 8025 Sherwood Drive, Regina, SK. Joyce did not see the need to dress up and especially in black, so please feel free to dress casual and/or colorful.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Regina Humane Society or the Saskatchewan Children’s Hospital.
