Obituary of Joan Guerin

Joan Guerin (McGillicky)

November 8, 1943 – October 30, 2018

Joan passed away peacefully with her family by her side October 30, 2018 at the age of 74 years.  She was predeceased by her husband Joseph.  Joan is survived by her loving children; daughter Michelle, son Joe Guerin, daughter Ronalea (Art) Lynn, grandchildren Brittany, Kayla and Shelby, Jered, Jesse; Sisters Carol Larson and Zena McBride, numerous family and friends.  A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Joan may be made to a charity of your choice.

 

Don’t think of Joan as gone away, her journey’s just begun.

Life holds so many facets, this earth is only one

Just think of Joan as resting, from the sorrows and the tears,

In a place of warmth and comfort, where there are no days and years.

Think of how she must be wishing that we could know today,

How nothing but our sadness can really pass away.

Think of her as living, in the hearts for which she’s touched,

For nothing loved is ever lost and she was loved so much.
