It is with great sadness that the family of David Alec Stettner announces his passing on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the age of 69 years. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Dave will be fondly remembered by his children Adam, Aaron, Zenith and Rory (Shyla), and his 4 grandchildren Jaxon, Ava, Nyxon, and Hudson. He will also be forever remembered by his brothers Archie (Marian), Gary (Terry), Jon (Connie), Ron (Lise), half brother David (Brenda), and all his nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Dave was predeceased by his wife Lezli (Nee Lenz) and father John Arthur Stettner. He is survived by his mother Valerie (Nee Gherasim). Dave spent the majority of his working life as a stage carpenter for Conexus Arts Center and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. He was a union member of IATSE Local 295 for 40+ years. His favorite place to be was on his farm outside of Pense, Saskatchewan. Dave had a great sense of humor and loved to dance. A Celebration of David’s Life will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Conexus Arts Center Lobby, 200 Lakeshore Dr., Regina, SK.
