While Dave was always an upbeat guy, what I remember most was his outstanding professionalism. Often after an RSO concert he would have to strike the stage and have it ready for the next user before he left. It could take hours, yet he didn't complain and just put his head down and got his work done, like a good farm boy would have done.
We were so sorry to read of Dave's passing. So many good memories of him backstage at the Centre of the Arts for so many years at the Regina Symphony. He always had a kind word for our family as we each played our roles. We will be away on the day of his Celebration of Life, and will keep you in our thoughts.

His laugh was infectious and his dedication to his job was so admirable! I s enjoyed listening to stories about all the concerts and artists that he met.
