FUCHS, KAREN (ZINN)

May 2, 1945 – October 2, 2018

Karen passed away peacefully on October 2, 2018 at the Regina General Hospital with family by her side. She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Florence Zinn; brothers, Jack and David (infancy); son, Cory and daughter-in-law Kendra.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband David; daughter, Kim (Brian); son, Aaron (Vanessa); grandchildren, Melissa (Denby), Leah (Patricio), Brooklyn (Jake), Tylan, Bailey, Madison, and Evan. She is also survived by her sisters Eileen (Bob), Rae (Frank); brother, Roy (Lorrie); sisters-in-law Marie, Lorraine (Chuck), Cathy; brother-in-law Edward (Doreen), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Karen grew up in Moose Jaw, SK before moving to the Bethune area. There, she met David and together, they started their family on the Fuchs farm. They lived together on the farm for many years, where they had many animals and ran their own business. In the later years, they moved into Bethune where Karen worked at the Bethune Co-op until retirement. After retiring, they moved to Regina, where Karen and David currently resided. Family and friends are invited to a Come-and-Go Memorial held at the K+S Community Hall in Bethune, SK on Sunday, October 7, 2018 between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bethune Community Cemetery Fund, Box 172, Bethune, SK, S0G 0H0.
