HANNAH, Albert

Albert passed away unexpectedly at the age of 76. He was blessed with 3 children from 2 very important women, Ruth Hannah and the now deceased, Rose Young. Albert’s memory will be cherished by his children Shelley Hannah, Shane Hannah and Dana (Cherie) Young; grandchildren Kayla (Zack) Schmidt, Tristan Hannah, Taylor Hannah, Jordan Hannah, Dallas Hannah, Payton Young and Hartley Young. As well, he is survived by 7 siblings and numerous nieces and nephews. Albert’s life encompassed a variety of career experiences, ranging from drilling water wells in Simpson, working for Liquid Air in Regina from 1965-1967 and to farming at Indian Head from 1967-1969. In 1969 he went to work for Club Towing. In 1971, Albert purchased the towing company and renamed it to Provincial Club Towing (1971) Ltd, retiring in 1996. Albert never truly retired as he continued to work for the company until 2015 doing Auto Wrecking. He could also be found at auctions helping out as the Ring Man. His passions were to race stock cars and snowmobiles, but you could always find him at an auction sale. At Albert’s request, a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada, 919B Albert St, Regina, SK S4R 2P6 http://www.diabetes.ca/how-you-can-help/donate-now/tribute-gifts
