THOMAS, Jean Elizabeth

Jean passed away peacefully on June 24, 2018 after enjoying 91 years of a very good life. She was mostly dedicated to raising a family of six and vowed early on to never let any of the six ever go to bed hungry. Don’t know how she did it. Thanks Mom. Jean was predeceased by her husband Peter; sons Allan and Brian. She leaves behind son Gordon Thomas; daughter Gloria McConnell; son Gerry (Donna) Thomas; daughter Joanne (Richard) Monz. Jean was so proud of her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. We want to especially acknowledge Jean’s many friends and neighbours at St. Basils, her home care workers, Juliette in particular and the great people at Elmview Extendicare. Thank you so much. The family will have a private celebration of Jean’s life at a later date.
