Obituary of Beatrice Lorraine Stonechild

STONECHILD, Beatrice Lorraine (Ironchild)

 Lorraine Stonechild of Muscowpetung First Nation began her journey to the Spirit World on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the age of 65. She was predeceased by her parents Leonard Ironchild and Flora Stonechild; son Geronimo; brother Darcy Ironchild; paternal grandparents Henry and Mary Louise Ironchild; maternal grandparents William Stonechild and Flora Sanderson. Lorraine is survived by her children Brian, Tammy, and Carol; grandchildren Ryan, Sarah, Nicole and great grandchildren Brielle and Ava; special Auntie Lillian; sisters Audrey, Noreen, Sharon; brothers Robert, Wayne, and Corey. A Traditional Wake will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. with Funeral held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from Piapot Communtiy Hall, Piapot First Nation, with Elders officiating. Interment will follow on Muscowpetung First Nation. The family would like to express appreciation to the doctors and nurses from ward 6F, Regina General Hospital for all the care provided.
