It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Leo Schneider who passed away with his loving wife at his side on January 22, 2018 at the age of 93.

Leo is survived by his devoted and loving wife Leona of 65 years; son Clarence (Betty Ann) and their family Colin (Jen), Gabrielle and Colten; Wendi (Tim), Scarlett and Kane; Steven (Lindsay), Ainsley and Everly; son Glen (Janie) and their family Nicholas (Sara), Melissa and Amanda (Tawanda); son Grant (Brenda) and their family Mathew (Tammy), Adam and Madeline; Justin (Athena), Scarlett, Merryck and Aurelia; daughter Audrey (Ken); daughter Debora and her family Megan (Sam), Lyla; Joe (Joanne), Rachel; son Darren (Audra) and daughter Jess. He is also survived by sisters and brothers Magdelina; Philip (Margaret), Caroline (Joseph), Barbara, Lil (Jim), Eileen (Earl); sisters in law Helen, Dorothy and Louise. Leo was predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary (nee Zerr); sisters Annie and Veronica; brothers Adam, Joe and Martin; brothers in law George, Tony, Laverne and Jack.

The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at the Regina General Hospital Unit 3E for their kindness, compassion and care provided to Leo and his family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Holy Family Roman Catholic Parish in Odessa, SK with Fr. Louis Abello as Celebrant with interment to follow at the Odessa Cemetery, Odessa, SK. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Odessa Cemetery Fund, Odessa, SK S0G 3S0.
