On Thursday, November 16, 2017 Richard passed away at the age of 64. Richard is survived by his daughter Amanda; siblings Ron, Harold (Agnes), Carol Hansinger, Robert (Heather), Marie (Dave) Lewis, Ken (Loretta), Arlene (Ken) Dill, Terry (Carmen) and Bonnie (Lyle) Little, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Phillip and Anna Deck; sister Louise Artus. Our family expresses sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Schmidt family for all expressions of love and support during Richard’s final journey. As well, thank you to Pasqua Hospital 3A and 3B for your excellent care. At Richard’s request, a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
