Obituary of Patricia Ann Sagert

It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of our beloved Mom, Grandma and friend, Patricia “Pat” Sagert. Mom passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at the age of 76. 

Pat was predeceased by her son Dale; and parents, Ken and Elizabeth Churchill. She is survived by her son Kevin; daughters Karen and Sharon (Kevin); and cherished grandson’s Kolton and Bennett. Also left to mourn Pat’s passing are her siblings David, Ken (Linda) and Heather; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at Christ Lutheran Church, 4825 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK. A Private Family Interment will take place at a later date.

Our family would like to thank everyone that assisted with mom’s care during her last days, especially the amazing Palliative Care team at the Pasqua Hospital. Those wishing to make donations can do so in Pat’s name to Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care, Unit 3A.
