Marilyn Anne Hozempa

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Marilyn Hozempa announces her passing in December of 2022 at the age of 57 years. 

Marilyn grew up in Glenavon, moved to Regina and was employed at a variety of places during her working years.  

She is survived by six sisters, JoAnn Deck, Marge (Ron) Sebastion, Jean (Gerry) Michon, Brenda Hozempa (Doug), Florence Michon and Kathy (Ken) Dusyk; six brothers, Allan (Debra), Henry (Audrey), Murray (Darlene), Dennis (Lois), John (Laurie) and Lawrence (Bonnie) as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Marilyn was predeceased by her parents Katherine and Joseph; sister Pauline Kolish; brother-in-law Gerald Deck; niece Tina; as well as numerous extended family members.

A special thank you to the nurses and doctors on Unit 6F at the Regina General Hospital for taking such good care of Marilyn.   Thank you to her friends on Gordon Road and the friends at the malls and food courts she frequented.

A private celebration of life will be held a later date in Glenavon, SK.  In lieu of flowers, please consider doing something kind for someone who cannot pay you back; or a donation to a charity of your choice.
